TOPHow do I shop your site?
Find the items you want to purchase by
searching the site (you can search by catalog item number) or use the category list on the left side. When you find an item you want, change the Qty box to the number of items you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart" and continue shopping in the same manner.
Once you have added all the items you want, click on "Checkout" and follow the instructions on subsequent pages to complete your purchase.
You can view your Shopping Cart at anytime by clicking on "View Cart." There you can make adjustments, continue shopping or continue on to Check Out.

The Impulse Company provides quality products, to the general public, at 40-55% off retail! There are no membership fees, no dues, no minimums, no special licensing or other tricky bits. We sell at wholesale to anyone!
TOPWhy can't I find an item from your catalog?
There are two reason: First: WE SCREWED UP and we would be happy if you would let us know. With over 2500 products to account for, "stuff" happens! Second: Production contracts are made with craftsmen and manufactures from all over the world. Many items are available in limited quantities and become out of stock quickly: Some items do not measure up our quality expectations and are discontinued. Some items simple sell out faster than we ever expected and are no longer produced.

TOPHow do you ship?
Our products are professional packed and generally double-boxed to ensure safe transport. Surface deliveries, within the continental U.S., are provided by UPS ground services. We use DHL for our express deliveries within the continental U.S.. Deliveries shipped outside of the lower 48 are shipped via USPS Air Mail unless shipped express.
TOPWill You drop ship for me?
We are not a "true" dropshipper. However, we will ship to another address other than your own, at no additional charge.
No reference to you or our company will appear on the shipping labels or packing slips. A very brief refernece to you can be made to appear on the packing slip at your request in shipping notes. The packing slip never contains pricing information.
Do you ship outside of the Continental United States?
We do not ship to foreign countries. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Guan, Puerto Rico, APOs and FPOs. Please contact us for shipping rates and details. We will provide you with a quote. Note: Standard shipping to these destination can be slooooow!
TOPHow long will it take for my order to arrive?
Order processing generally takes two
business days. Once an order is processed and shipped, and depending on the distance from our California warehouse, delivery can take between 5 to 10 business days.
During the holiday rush (Nov-Dec) delivery can take up to 14 days. Please adjust your purchase date to match your delivery requirements!
Express shipping takes 2 business days.
When an order has shipped we will send you an email that includes a tracking number and a link to the shipper so you can monitor/track your order on the web.
My order was damaged during shipping. What Should I do?
First, do not call the shipper. All our shipments are insured. Let us handle it. Second, do not send the item back until asked! Just Hang on to everything! Email us within 5 days of delivery and provide the following details: Order number, product number and a brief description of the damage. We will supply you with instructions on how to proceed. You will be provided with either a replacement or a complete refund. We appreciate your frustration and dissapponitment. Give us the opportunity to make it right. It will be made right!
TOPWhat is your order cancellation policy?
In a nutshell Very Limited We will do our best to stop the order process but we cannot guarantee it will not be shipped. Order processing is automated and once in the system flow is very difficult to stop. Any order cancelled after shipping occurs will be credited minus the original and return shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 25%. Packages must be returned unopened.

We make every effort to ensure that this cannot happen. If It does occur, you will be notified via email and your payment for that item(s) will be promptly refunded. We do not backorder items. It is simply to time consuming.

No! We are always adding new products. This is one of the reason we publish a 300+ page quarterly catalog.
TOPHow can I get a catalog?
Our 300 page catalog can be purchased. But to be honest, it's a bit pricey as a separate item ($12.00 including shipping.) However, a free catalog will be included with your first purchasse over $100, per quarter. If you need several catalogs, contact us and we will accmodate you with better pricing.
TOPDo I have to pay sales Tax?
We are required to collect sales tax, if shipments are sent to California or Arizona at the following rates:
CA = 7.75%, AZ= 5.6%.

We do not offer payment terms. Credit Card Payments provide you with net 30 terms automatically. We leave providing credit to businesses who specialize in that service.
