Question: 3gp vs mp4 which is better to view movies in cell phones?

Which is the better format to view movies in cell phones. and also help me what mean by this- - - in video options- - video codec frame size video bitrate video framerate encode pass in audio option- audio codec audio bitrate sample rate audio channel a/ v sync

Mp4 or also known as MPEG4 is best for your cellphone mp4 video quality and audio quality is lot of better than 3gp so i recommended you to use this format. but one thing you should must know that some multimedia cellphones are not mp4 supporter so check your cellphone manual book before. you can convert any video (but not flash .flv) easily into mp4 using "Total Video Converter " this application is best for you. hope my information will help you thanks ask me any more question if you have any doubt.

I m using nokia 5310 Xpressmusic and mp4 seems to work better for me as I can keep its qualities to maximum while converting..........u shud better specify what phone u r using, then it could be easier for people to answer ur question in terms of the specs u provided.............

Mp4 is the best format on cellphones i use a player to play avi files on my nokia 6110
